Since 1980, the Ulysses Veterinary Clinic Cairns has been at the forefront of quality veterinary care in Cairns. We have two clinics, one at Stratford and one in Whitfield. Both have the latest equipment, enabling us to provide the best possible care for your pet. This includes an extensive in-house pathology system, the latest digital x-ray, dental x-ray and dental equipment, ultrasound and advanced anaesthetics.

Wonderful, compassionate and professional practice. We had to put our lovely Sandy down on Monday. Dr Jo Sussex was magnificent, she explained the whole end of life procedure, spent time with us and Sandy and showed so much care and empathy at this difficult time it made it comfortable for us. The whole team at Ulysses are kind caring professionals.

Thank you to Dr Jo and nurse Sofie for the care, compassion and respect you showed our elderly dog and family when it was time to say goodbye. It was one of the hardest days we've faced as pet owners, but your kindness made a world of difference. The flowers we received afterwards were such a thoughtful and touching gesture. Very thankful that Ulysses offered a same day appointment when my dog was unwell and no other vets were available. The reception nurses werehelpful and friendly. Dr Conor was very friendly, relatable, kind, patient and informative when treating my therapy dog. We are changing Vets to Ulysses for all our future vet needs. Thank you Ulysses 😇

Took our 6 month old girl there to do ovarian sparing spay, she come out with no complications, and four days later is doing well. Only clinic in the area to townsville i could find that did ovarian sparing.
